Cancellation Policy

To ensure the freshness and quality of our perishable goods, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded by the customer once preparation has commenced. You may cancel your order for a full refund within 5 minutes of placement, provided preparation has not begun. Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are otherwise final.


Delivery Address Corrections

We understand mistakes happen! If you entered the wrong delivery address, please follow these steps immediately:

  • Call us within 15 minutes of placing your order at +971 58 542 9226 to update the address.
  • Please note: Correcting the address may change the final price (if the new location is in a different delivery zone) and the estimated delivery time. We will confirm any changes with you on the call.

Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded due to an incorrect address if you fail to call us within the 15 minute window.
