Terms and Conditions for Promotions

These Terms and Conditions apply to all discounts, offers, voucher codes, and promotional campaigns offered by Kim House (the “Promotion”). By using any Promotion, you agree to these terms.

1. General Conditions

  • Validity Period: Each Promotion is valid only for the specific dates and times stated on the offer. Expired offers will not be accepted.
  • One Per Order: Unless otherwise stated, only one Promotion (including discount codes, vouchers, or automatic discounts) can be applied per order. Promotions cannot be combined.
  • Non-Transferable: Promotions are non-transferable and may not be sold, copied, reproduced, or redeemed for cash.
  • Fair Usage: We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any Promotion at any time. Any modification will not affect orders already successfully placed using the Promotion. Abuse of Promotions (such as unauthorized resale or attempted redemption of expired offers) will result in the cancellation of the order and potential suspension of the user’s account.”

2. Specific Offer Types

A. Percentage (%) or Value (AED) Discounts

  • Minimum Spend: Discounts may require a minimum spend (excluding delivery fees) before the discount is applied. This minimum spend will be clearly stated on the offer.
  • Exclusions: Discounts may not apply to certain menu items, such as special offers, meal deals, catering packages, or high-value premium items.
  • Voucher Use: To apply a discount code, it must be entered correctly at the checkout page before payment is processed. We cannot retroactively apply codes to orders already placed.

B. “Free Item” Promotions (e.g., Free Drink, Free Side Dish)

  • Qualifying Purchase: Free items are only provided when the specific qualifying purchase is met (e.g., “Spend AED 50, get a free side”).
  • Substitution: The free item is subject to availability. If the stated free item is unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute it with an item of equal or lesser value, or to remove the promotion from the order.

C. Delivery Fee Discounts

  • Standard Rates: Unless a specific promotion offers a discount on the delivery fee, our standard delivery rates apply.
  • Zone Limits: Free or discounted delivery may be limited to specific delivery zones within Dubai.

3. Payment and Cancellations

  • Final Price: The price payable is the final price displayed on the checkout screen after all valid discounts have been applied.
  • No Cash Value: If an order purchased using a promotional discount is cancelled (only applicable if cancellation is due to our error, as per our Cancellation Policy), the refund or store credit amount will be equal to the actual amount paid by the customer, not the full original retail price. The discount itself has no cash value.
